      Fox, a chef and fan-favorite winner on Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen, delivers her debut cookbook featuring her signature flair for creating Latin and Caribbean-inspired dishes with a healthy twist. Avoiding processed foods, Fox creates bold flavors with whole ingredients. Recipes cover breakfast to desserts and cocktails, including many traditional dishes such as chicken tinga and posole rojo. Fox accomplishes these healthy takes with simple pantry substitutions and provides detailed lists and descriptions of her go-to choices, including the nutritional benefits of each. Best of all, these substitute ingredients (including avocado oil and coconut cream) are available in most grocery stores.
